Coach Me to Excel is designed to develop athletes through structured training that strengthens physical performance, mental toughness, and personal discipline—on and off the field.​

​

Our program focuses on physical conditioning, sport-specific skill development, and performance mindset coaching for athletes of all levels. This program combines structured fitness routines, individualized coaching, and motivational techniques to help athletes improve speed, strength, agility, endurance, and confidence. Athletes are trained to compete with excellence, discipline, and consistency.​

Meet the Team

Meet The Trainers

We currently have three trainers who are available. 

Areas of Focus:

  • Speed & Agility – Sprint mechanics, acceleration, footwork, reaction time

  • Track & Field Performance – Sprint training, starts, pacing, endurance

  • Basketball Training – Ball handling, shooting, defense, conditioning

  • Strength & Conditioning – Functional strength, core stability, injury prevention

  • Mindset & Performance Coaching – Confidence, focus, accountability, resilience

Training Options:

  • Individual (1-on-1) Training

  • Small Group Training (2–5 athletes)

  • Monthly Athlete Memberships

  • Team, Camp & Clinic Training
